I just started with Cozi and put the phone numbers for my family in that I want to use on Cozi.  However Cozi never texted even my phone for the "ok" verification.  I put a grocery list and text to my phone but the text did not go through.  I set up 3 numbers by entering and clicking "done".  All three carriers are Sprint:  Blackberry Pearl, Palm Centro, and Instinct

Marian I have had a similar issue with a twist.  I am also Sprint user and have 5 sprint numbers on my sprint account.  I added all 5 numbers in the Cozi profile and 2 of the phones received the verification message which I replied to and both of these phones now receive all text messages/calanders/lists etc from Cozi.  The other three did not receive the verification message and do not receive text messages from Cozi.  The twist is that 4 of the phones are LG Rumors where 2 received verification text and 2 did not.  The 5th phone is an Instinct.  I will log a request to the support site as you requested in the first post and thanks in advance for any help you can provide as we love the site and the texts are a critical piece!
