My sister-in-law and us share a calendar (because of the odd timing and the things we do together).  She wants to be able to put her work schedule in when her computer is not online.  My question is: If she does this, will it sync with the rest of the computers when she puts this computer back online?  We have six computers between my family and her and we all need to know when she will be at work and various other activities.

Great question!

Yes, she can make changes while offline, which will be synchronized when she reconnects to the Internet.
